We require a 25% non-refundable deposit per hunter is required to secure a hunt at time of booking. Special bulls or bucks will require 50% down. In the event you are not successful, your deposit will be retained to cover the expenses for the hunt. All hunters will be required to pay for their animal up front before they begin to hunt. All monies will be held in trust by the outfitter.
We accept personal cheques for your deposits only. Trophy fees will be collected through cash, travellers cheques and bank drafts only.
